I am a certified personal trainer (Pre & Postnatal certified), and group fitness instructor with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (SFU) and a passion for realistic, sustainable and enjoyable health & fitness!
I created Juniper Women’s Fitness to help women achieve their health and fitness goals in a safe, judgement-free, body-positive space. In addition to my qualifications, I bring my personal experiences and growth from my past struggles around body image, exercise, and dieting to help inform my programming.
Samantha Wright
(Yoga Instructor)
Samantha Priya Wright is a passionate and driven yoga instructor who strives to help her clients find strength, stability and confidence through movement. Samantha is also a contemporary dance artist who trained at SFU to complete a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance. She aims to create a welcoming, comfortable, inclusive and motivating space for every individual and will always be there to safely guide them through their practice. Alongside dance and yoga, she has completed her Baby & Mum Yoga Teacher Training, as well as a Pre- and Postnatal Specialty to broaden her knowledge.
Morgan Lechner
(Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor)
Morgan is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her training philosophy is that health and fitness should be both fun and challenging! She believes that physical and mental wellness are the keys to a long, happy life and wants to help you achieve your goals and create a personal and sustainable relationship with movement!
